How we do this for workplaces

From awareness to practical change.

Awareness matters, but it is only the starting point. The real work is what happens next: how managers communicate, how HR handles adjustments, how teams work together and how organisations reduce avoidable friction for neurodivergent employees.

Our approach combines practical workplace training with the NEURO Framework.

The NEURO Framework

Five connected stages, one practical model.

  1. E
    Stage 2

    Engage

We create space for people to understand neurodiversity in a way that is clear, honest and relevant to their role.

This means moving beyond definitions and helping people connect the learning to real workplace situations, including meetings, deadlines, feedback, sensory load, communication and manager conversations.

Make the learning land where people actually work.

  2. U
    Stage 3

    Upskill

We deliver practical training for the people who shape day-to-day work.

This can include awareness sessions, manager training, HR workshops, leadership briefings and champions training. The focus is confidence, language and practical action.

Participants leave with clearer ways to support neurodivergent colleagues and reduce avoidable friction.

  3. R
    Stage 4

    Redesign

Training alone does not fix unclear systems.

We help organisations review and improve the processes that shape the employee experience. This can include reasonable adjustment pathways, manager guidance, recruitment, onboarding, communication norms, performance processes and workplace design.

Make the system easier to use, not place all the pressure on the individual.

  4. O
    Stage 5

    Optimise

We help organisations measure what has changed and identify what needs to happen next.

This can include feedback, confidence measures, practical recommendations, follow-up sessions, toolkits and longer-term consultancy.

Neuroinclusion becomes part of how the organisation works, not a one-off training day.

Our practical change model

Four steps from diagnosis to embedded change.

01

Step 01

Diagnose: understand the workplace

We review where avoidable friction shows up before anyone books a training session. This may include HR themes, manager challenges, employee feedback, adjustment processes, recruitment barriers, communication issues or sector-specific pressures.

02

Step 02

Train: build practical confidence

We deliver live training that managers, HR teams, leaders and employees can use the next working day. Workshops are practical, role-specific and grounded in real workplace situations.

03

Step 03

Redesign: change the systems

We help make workplace systems clearer, including communication, recruitment, reasonable adjustments and the way work works. This turns training into practical change.

04

Step 04

Embed: embed and measure

We help organisations track outcomes over time, not just collect feedback from one training day. This can include impact reports, recommendations, toolkits, follow-up sessions and ongoing consultancy.
